INVITATION TO SUBMIT PARTNERSHIP PROPOSALS FOR LAND DEVELOPMENT IN ABUJA
Stallion Property & Development Company Limited (SPDC) is desirous of developing the vacant portion of land measuring 2.6 hectares at Mbora, Abuja into an upper middle-class residential estate.
In this regard, interested and competent developers/investors are invited to submit proposals for partnership with SPDC.
The proposals should include details of the following and any other information deemed necessary for evaluation:
a) Conceptual layout plan of proposed development to include site appraisal and Landscape Plan.
b) Preliminary Schematic Drawings.
c) Preliminary Cost Estimate.
2.0 CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS
In addition to providing the above information, prospective developers must include the following in their submissions:
a) Evidence of registration of company or business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (Certificate of Incorporation for Limited Liability Companies and Registration of Business Names for Enterprise).
b) Memorandum and Articles of Association, Form CAC07 i.e. Particulars of Directors and Form CAC 02 i.e. Particulars of Shareholders.
c) Current Corporate Income Tax Clearance Certificate covering the past three (3) years.
d) Reference letter from reputable Bank stating financial ability to carry out the project.
e) Evidence of compliance with National Pension Commission (PENCOM) Act 2014.
f) Organization Corporate profile.
g) List of key personnel showing registration with relevant professional bodies, years of experience and any other information considered relevant.
h) Verifiable evidences of proven experience in works of a similar nature executed.
i) Evidence of registration with SPDC.
You are requested to provide financial viability of the project and hence its capability to perform and deliver on time. The documents to be submitted are:
a) Project viability report and financial projections
b) Funding structure and sources
c) Risk analysis and mitigants for identified risks
d) Profit and loss analysis
e) Proposed appropriation of profit-sharing ratio
3.0 SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTATION
You are advised to visit the delineated area for the proposed development before submission of your proposal. Kindly contact the Project Manager, SPDC, at Stallion Estate, Block B, Flat 1, Lobito Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, who shall grant you access to the land for your inspection and assessment.
All submissions shall be dropped in the tender box and clearly marked “Mbora Estate Partnership” at the top right corner in a sealed envelope addressed to:

4.0 CLOSING DATE
The submission should not be later than 12:00 noon on Monday, July 01, 2019.
5.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This notice shall not be construed as a commitment on part of SPDCL, nor shall it entitle applicants to make any claims whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from SPDCL, nor establish any legal relationship. Only successful Companies will be contacted.
