1.0 Introduction
Stallion Property and Development Company Limited (SPDC) is desirous of fencing its undeveloped portions of land measuring 2.6 hectares at Plot 2237 Mbora, 6.09 hectares at Plot 363 Dutse and 9,573.56m2 Mabushi Districts FCT Abuja.
The Mbora fence is to be 2.5meter high at 880 linear meter, Dutse fence is to be 2.5meter high and at 1100 linear meter while the Mabushi fence should be 2.5meter high at 350 linear meter.
Note: All front fences should have iron grill of 1.5 meter after a block work footing of 1meter.
In this regard, interested and competent companies are invited to submit proposal/quotation for constructing fence on the above land(s).
The proposals should include details of the following and any other information deemed necessary for evaluation:
a) Preliminary architectural drawings
b) Preliminary engineering drawings
c) Survey plans (from SPDC office)
d) Comprehensive Bill of Quantities

2.0 Criteria for Evaluation of Proposals
In addition to providing the above information, prospective clients must include the following in their submissions:
Mandatory requirements:
a) Evidence of registration of company or business name with the Corporate Affairs Commission (Certificate of Incorporation for limited liability companies and Registration of Business Names for Enterprise).
b) Articles and Memorandum of Association, form CAC07 i.e. Particulars of Directors and Form CAC 02 i.e. Particulars of Shareholders
c) Current Corporate Income Tax Clearance Certificate covering the past three years.
d) Evidence of compliance with National Pension Commission(PENCOM) Act 2014
Other Requirements:
a) Organization Corporate Profile
b) Verifiable evidences of proven experience in works of a similar nature executed.
c) Evidence of registration with SPDC.

3.0 Submission of Documentation
You are advised to visit the delineated area for the proposed development before submission of your proposal. Kindly contact the Project Manager, SPDC, at Stallion Estate, Block B, Flat 1, Lobito Crescent, Wuse II, Abuja, who shall grant you access to the land for your inspection and assessment.
All submissions by interested clients shall be dropped in the tender box and clearly marked FENCING at “Mbora” or “Dutse” or “Mabushi” at the top right corner in a sealed envelope addressed to:

4.0 Closing Date
The submission should not be later than 12 noon on Monday July1, 2019.

5.0 Additional Information
